<br>Collect your Uniform - After talking to Master Sergeant Gutsy, head to the very first flooring foyer. Grab the "Uniform Disbursement Log" on the desk to find the place of the Uniform Voucher.
- Make your way to the barracks and find the "Uniform Voucher" in a container.<br>
