<br>1. The pay carries all other allowances as to a Central Government worker stationed at Kanpur.<br>
|
||||||
|
<br>2. The advantages, such as LTC, medical re-imbursement, transport allowance, children education allowance, contribution towards New Pension System (NPS), re-imbursement of telephone expenses, book grants, HRA (if real estate not provided), research initiation grant (up to Rs 25 lakhs with the arrangement to request an extra grant) and financial support towards nationwide and worldwide conferences will be permitted as per the Institute norms.<br>

<br>3. From its internal resources, the Institute provides an additional top-up salary of Rs 25,000/- each month for the very first 3 years of service to the recently joined professor. After three years of service, the professor(s) are qualified for consideration for Young Faculty Fellowship (open for professors of age upto 40 years) offering a top-up salary of Rs.15,000/- each month for 3 years, and/or Faculty Chair positions providing a top-up wage of Rs 25,000/- monthly for three years. Both the positions are used based upon efficiency.<br>

Traveling allowance for signing up with: The Institute will [reimburse international](https://rhcstaffing.com) travel costs for the recently signed up with faculty member and dependent family members to the maximum limit of Rs. 1,50,000. Domestic travel compensation will be based on federal government rules.<br>
